4. Refund Process

Instructions: Once approved, we will send you return instructions.
Inspection: After we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the refund status.
Payout: Approved refunds are issued as a transfer or store credit voucher.

يحق للعملاء طلب إرجاع المشتريات خلال 48 ساعة من وقت التوصيل.

التغليف: يجب أن تظل المنتجات في غلافها الأصلي مع بقاء جميع الملصقات والعلامات التجارية سليمة.
إثبات الشراء: يجب تقديم رقم الطلب، أو الفاتورة، أو الإيصال.

3. المنتجات غير القابلة للإرجاع

المنتجات المخصصة أو المصنوعة حسب الطلب.
المنتجات المصنفة ضمن التصفية أو البيع النهائي (Final Sale).
الدفعات المقدمة (العربون): غير قابلة للرد إلا في حال وجود خطأ من جانبنا أو عيب في المنتج.
