Welcome to Abouche3le. We aim to get your orders to you as efficiently as possible across Lebanon.

• Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and prepared within 1-2 business days.

• Delivery Rates & Times: Delivery times are estimates provided by our courier partners. Standard delivery across local regions typically takes 2-5 business days.

• Shipping Fees: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.

• Order Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive confirmation and tracking details (if applicable).

• Delays & Risk: We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, force majeure, or incorrect address details provided at checkout. Risk of loss passes to you upon handover to the courier.

مرحباً بكم في أبو شعله. نهدف إلى توصيل طلباتكم بكل كفاءة وسرعة في جميع أنحاء لبنان

• وقت المعالجة: عادةً ما يتم تجهيز الطلبات ومعالجتها خلال يوم إلى يومي عمل.

• أوقات وأسعار التوصيل: مواعيد التسليم هي تقديرات مقدمة من شركاء الشحن لدينا. يستغرق التوصيل العادي عادةً ما بين 2 إلى 5 أيام عمل.

• رسوم الشحن: يتم احتساب رسوم الشحن عند إتمام الطلب بناءً على عنوان التوصيل ووزن الطلب.

• تتبع الطلبات: بمجرد إرسال طلبك، ستتلقى رسالة تأكيد وتفاصيل التتبع (إن وجدت).

• التأخير والمخاطر: لا نتحمل المسؤولية عن أي تأخير ناجم عن شركات الشحن، أو الظروف القاهرة، أو تقديم تفاصيل عنوان غير صحيحة عند إتمام الطلب. تنتقل مخاطر تلف أو ضياع البضائع إليكم بمجرد تسليمها لشركة الشحن.
