Welcome to Abouche3le. By using our website and services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

  • Eligibility: You must be of legal age in Lebanon to make purchases.

  • Orders & Pricing: All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices exclude taxes and delivery fees unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.

  • Shipping & Risk: Delivery times are estimates. Risk of loss passes to you once handed over to the courier.

  • Returns & Refunds: Subject to our Refund Policy. Products are for personal/household use, not commercial resale.

  • Intellectual Property: All content, logos, and trademarks belong to Abouche3le and are protected by law. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

  • Limitation of Liability: Services are provided "as is". Abouche3le, RockTools and Shopify are not liable for indirect damages or delivery delays.

  • Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon, and local courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

شروط الخدمة - أبو شعله

مرحباً بكم في أبو شعله (مدعوم من منصة شوبيفاي). باستخدامكم لموقعنا وخدماتنا، فإنكم توافقون على شروط الخدمة هذه وسياسة الخصوصية الخاصة بنا.

الأهلية: يجب أن يكون المستخدم بالغاً سن الرشد القانوني في لبنان لإتمام عمليات الشراء

الطلبات والأسعار: تخضع جميع الطلبات للقبول والتوفر. الأسعار لا تشمل الضرائب ورسوم التوصيل ما لم يُذكر خلاف ذلك، ونحتفظ بحق تصحيح أي أخطاء في الأسعار

الشحن والمخاطر: مواعيد التسليم تقديرية، وتنتقل مخاطر تلف أو ضياع البضائع إليكم بمجرد تسليمها لشركة الشحن

الاسترجاع: تخضع العمليات لسياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع الخاصة بنا. المنتجات مخصصة للاستخدام الشخصي أو المنزلي فقط وليست لإعادة البيع التجاري

الملكية الفكرية: جميع المحتويات، العلامات التجارية، والشعارات مملوكة لأبو شعله ومحمية بموجب القانون. يُحظر استخدامها بدون إذن مسبق

حدود المسؤولية: تُقدم الخدمات "كما هي". لا تتحمل أبو شعله أو شوبيفاي أي مسؤولية عن الأضرار غير المباشرة أو تأخيرات الشحن

القانون الحاكم: تخضع هذه الشروط وتُفسر وفقاً للقوانين المرعية في الجمهورية اللبنانية، وتختص المحاكم اللبنانية بالنظر في أي نزاع
